It’s official my fellow social media addicts, Facebook has risen to a new level of “greatness.”
No, they haven’t invented another way for you to give up all of your privacy under the guise of sharing your “status” with your “friends.” It’s better.
Earlier this week they filed suit against Teachbook.com for trying to ride the coattails of their signature “book” end (I’m here all week).
Now, word is they’re trying to trademark the word “face.”
It makes sense if you don’t think about it.
What were “face” and “book” before G…I mean Mark Zuckerberg came along and plucked them out of obscurity?
Besides representing the entire human population, and those bound things with words on pages…nothing!
Now that they’ve been brought together, and typed up in white on a blue background they represent so much more (hours of my life I’ll never get back).
Of course, if you’re going to go for “face” and “book” why not go all the way.
What was the “.” before Facebook, and don’t get me started on “com.”
