…Get Angrier

In today’s world of technology and instant gratification, there are all sorts of ways to self-promote. You can go the traditional route of Facebook or Twitter. Or there’s always YouTube if you really want to be seen and heard.

Of course, if you have a few more resources at your disposal, then you can create your own version of Angry Birds.

If you think that last one is a bit over-the-top, then you’ll be shocked to find out that’s just what punk rock band, Green Day, is doing as part of the promotion for their new albums.

The game will feature Green Day hits as well as a few singles from their new albums.

And before all you non-fans hurry to your next surfing destination, you should know that the game comes with all new evil pig characters based on the band…so it could be cathartic.

Plus, this opens the door to so many other musical reincarnations. Just think, there could be a Madonna, country music or Boy Band edition coming to an app store near you.
