…graduate

It’s graduation time for many and graduation day for at least one (my/our brother particularly).  With all that’s going on in the world college graduates are having a lot to worry about thrown at them–stats about how hard it will be for them to find a job not being the least of these problems.

I won’t throw any more of these problems at you today.  But I do have some advice from a fairly recent grad (that would be me).  Yes, it’s going to be hard and a lot of things will suck, but life goes on and yours will too.  So take this moment and be proud.

Today is not a day to stress about the status of the job market or worry about what’s next (that’s for tomorrow…enjoy that).  Today is a day to recognize and celebrate what you’ve accomplished.

Regardless of what may be coming and how difficult it may be don’t forget you still did it.  Be proud.  You made it.  You graduated!  You survived 4(ish for some) years of college!  Congratulations!
